What if my wedding is outside of Tri-Cities, WA, out of state, or out of country?
We travel! Factors that play into the travel fee are distance and time. Schedule a call to talk details!
How long does it take to get my video?
Typically, 8-16 weeks depending on your package and when you booked your wedding. During peak wedding season, we might be towards the end of that time frame. We are always striving to get your wedding film to you as soon as possible. However, we like to take our time crafting your story and making sure your film is something you'll love. Occassionally, offer expedited editing for an additional fee.
What is your deposit and payment plan?
Secure your date with a signed contract and a 15% initial payment. We offer flexible payment plans.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible! Most couples book 8-12 months in advance to secure their date. We don't usually open our books for local weddings until 18 months out. But we're always interested to learn more about your situation and be flexible!
Can we meet before booking?
Of course! We offer a free video consultation call to chat about your vision, answer questions, and ensure we’re the perfect fit. Dare we say this is a requirement of ours?
Will it be you or someone else that films our wedding?
Eddie is our lead video shooter. Bella is the second shooter, usually. We do have a small team of trusted second shooters in case Bella is not available (she also is a wedding coordinator and might be booked on your day).
